How We Started
Our Founder’s Origin Story and “Why” Patriot Home Shield exists today
Patriot Home Shield was born from a moment that shook me. After serving as a highly specialized Air Force special warfare airman for over two decades, I thought I had prepared myself and my family for any situation. Countless hours on the range, years of combat experience, and extensive training had honed my skills. But one night, while deployed, I received a call that changed everything.
My wife, alone in our newly purchased home, called me in a panic. She heard someone outside, and I could hear the fear in her voice. In that instant, I realized that all my training meant nothing if the person I cared about most didn't know how to protect herself. I had spent years learning how to handle firearms and defend our country, but I hadn't taken the time to ensure my own family was prepared.
That realization sparked the creation of Patriot Home Shield. My mission was to train individuals like me and empower everyday families to protect themselves. Our program goes beyond basic firearm instruction; we come into your home, assess your unique situation, and provide tailored training that gives you confidence in your ability to defend your loved ones. We teach you how to posture your home for success, ensuring you're prepared.
